Grate 2 beetroots, Chop 1 banana,Chop 1 apple, Slice few seedless grapes
Fry chopped cashew in ghee and keep aside.
Cook beetroot first in the same pan with little ghee. Close and cook. Add little water if required. Cook until beet is done and add sugar. Color changes to dark red and leaves out water. Mix well and let it cook in simmer for a min until excess water leaves out. add more sugar if you want more sweetness
Now add chopped fruits and cashew. Add Elaichi powder/ rose essence. But it is optional
