Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dosa batter
  • 4-5 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 no onion
  • 1 no green chilli
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Grind all the above ingredients except cumin seeds with little salt.
  • Add cumin seeds and mix well.
  • Spread the uthappam with little oil in nonstick uthappam pan
  • Cook on both sides.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or onion tomato chutney
