Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 Medium sized Onion - Finely chopped
  • 2 Large Garlic cloves - Crushed
  • 1 Spring Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Peas
  • 3/4 Tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala

Instructions

  • Cook cauliflower in boiling water with turmeric powder for 5 to 10 min until half done.
  • Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds and fennel seeds.
  • Saute chopped onions, curry leaves and crushed garlic
  • Add cauliflower and peas
  • Put in turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Add water, close and cook until peas and cauliflower is cooked.Open and let it dry.
