To Marinate
- 1/2 kg Chicken - Boneless small pieces
- 1 tsp Normal chilly Powder - Not Kashmiri chilly powder
- salt - As per taste
Other Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ginger - Finely chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic - Finely chopped
- 2 tsp Green Chilles - Finely chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Normal chilly powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
- 2 silt Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard powder
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 Dessert spoon Water
- 1 tsp Coconut oil for sauting
- Oil for Frying - Preferably coconut oil
Marinate the chicken pieces with chilly powder and salt .Keep it aside for an hour
Heat a pan ,add oil and fry the chicken pieces.
Take a pan or kadai and heat it.Add little oil(1 tbsp) and add finely chopped ginger,garlic ,green chilles Saute them till aroma comes.
Add Ginger and Garlic paste and saute it ,Add normal chilly powder and kashmiri chilly powder and mix well.
put in the curry leaves along with the fried chicken pieces.Mix well.
Add little water along with salt,sugar, fenugreek powder,mustard powder and mix well.
Finally add Vinegar and off the gas. Store it in a glass container.
