- 1/2 Cup Peanuts
- 2 Large Garlic cloves
- 1 Spring Curry leaves
- 3-4 Long dry Red chilies
- 1 Tbsp Tamarind - Tightly packed
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Urad dal
Heat oil, fry peanuts, garlic, curry leaves and red chillies until peanuts and garlic are well roasted.Fry it in simmer.
Switch off the flame. Add tamarind and salt. Mix well and let it cool.
Add water and Grind it to a smooth paste
Season it with spluttered mustard seeds and urad dal.
