Peel skin, cut cubes out of tender jackfruit. Wash n clean and pressure cook with salt and turmeric powder to 3-4 whistles until mushy.Cool it and Mash them with hands or fork to shred them.
Grind coconut, green chilli, cumin and curry leaves to a paste.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds followed by urad dal and chana dal.
Fry shallots till pink and add shredded jackfruit and ground masala. Mix well and add salt. Let it cook for 5-10 min in simmer.
