- 1 cup ridge gourd - roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2-3 dry red chilli
- 1 tbsp gram dal
- salt - to taste
seasoning
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 red broken red chilli
Cook roughly chopped Ridge gourd. It takes 10-15 min to get completely cooked.
Grind Coconut, Gram dal, Red chilli, Ginger and cooked Ridge gourd with salt to a fine paste.
Seasoning is optional. For seasoning, crackle mustard seeds and red chilli and add to the chutney.
