Make bread crumbs with fresh bread/use ready made breadcrumbs.
Cook Spinach with little water for 5-8 minutes.Strain and keep it ready
Pressure cook potatoes, peel and mash them well. Keep it aside.
Separate Egg whites and yolks in two different bowls.
Whip Egg white until it gets creamy and stiff. To the consistency where you can tilt the bowl and it does not fall
Beat Egg yolk with salt and pepper powder until combined.
Add mashed potatoes and beat again until smooth without lumps.
Mashed potato egg yolk mixture to be added to the bread crumbs.
Fold Gently and then put in whipped Egg white. Mix gently.
Now add Red chilli powder and Grated Cheese. Fold in gently.
Preheat oven to 220 deg c.
Grease bowl, coat with a layer of breadcrumbs and pour in souffle mixture.
Bake at 220 deg c for 15 -18 min.
