Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi - crushed
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Put together wheat flour, salt, ajwain/carom seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, crushed kasuri methi and oil. Add water little at a time and mix to a tight dough.
  • let it sit for 30 min before spreading.
  • apply oil on the counter and take out a small sized ball from the dough and spread to a small medium thick round.
  • Put it in hot oil and cook on both sides until brown.
