Put together wheat flour, salt, ajwain/carom seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, crushed kasuri methi and oil. Add water little at a time and mix to a tight dough.
let it sit for 30 min before spreading.
apply oil on the counter and take out a small sized ball from the dough and spread to a small medium thick round.
Put it in hot oil and cook on both sides until brown.
