  • 1/4 cup sago/tapioca pearls
  • 2 large mangoes - ripe
  • 1/4 cup sugar - adjust according to sweetness of mango
  • 1/2 cup milk - or less
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk


  • Cook Sago/ Tapioca pearls in boiling water until its transparent.
  • Strain and keep it ready.
  • Peel and chop sweet and ripe mangoes
  • Add chopped mangoes, sugar and milk in blender and blend to a fine paste. Few chunks are ok.
  • Take it in a bowl, add condensed milk, cooked Sago and mix well.
  • Transfer to serving cups and chill for an hour and serve !
