Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg ragi
  • 1/2 kg wheat

Instructions

  • Ragi and wheat is taken in equal quantity, washed well and soaked overnight separately.
  • Drain the water and tie them separately in muslin cloth/any pure white cloth.
  • Wet the cloth and tie them. Hang them if possible.
  • It may take a day to sprout well. After you see the sprouts. Spread them on a clean cloth and air dry them for a couple of days.
  • Once they are completely dry. Finely powder them and sieve it to filter any big particles.
  • Store in an air tight container.
