Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/8 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 spring curry leaves
  • 2 cups chopped beans

Instructions

  • Grind coconut, green chilli and cumin seeds to a coarse paste without adding water.
  • splutter mustard seeds
  • Put in some curry leaves
  • Then goes in washed and finely chopped beans
  • Add salt
  • Add very little water and close and cook in simmer until beans are done.
  • Open and add the coconut - green chilli -cumin paste. Mix well and let it cook until well combined and all water gets evaporated.
