Pressure cook Toor dal until mushy.
Pour the Cooked dal in a pan
Together Put in Sliced shallots.
Add Jackfruit seeds sliced
Now together put in Pumpkin chopped, drumstick and tomato chopped
Pour in soaked tamarind water
Add turmeric powder
Add Sambar powder and salt
Sprinkle some curry leaves
Add water to make it runny and let the vegetables cook.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the ground coconut paste.
Mix well and let it boil.
For seasoning: splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli and add it to the curry.
