- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 2 tbsp garlic - chopped
- 1 cup shallots chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1-2 tbsp peppercorns - crushed
Firstly, heat the three different oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds
add the chopped garlic, chopped shallots ,salt and fry for 2 minutes.
put in the cooked rice, crushed peppercorns and mix well
lastly, add turmeric powder and mix again keeping the flame on low heat. serve hot!
