  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp shahi jeera
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits mix of your choice
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • a pinch saffron threads


  • Heat ghee and pop in shahi jeera
  • add sugar
  • Add in Dry grapes, chopped almonds, chopped pista. Mix well and cook until sugar is melted.
  • Pour in milk and mix well
  • Add a pinch of turmeric and let the milk come to a boil while you stir continuously.
  • Add cooked rice and mix gently.
  • sprinkle saffron threads and give it a toss.
  • close and cook in simmer until Milk is absorbed and serve hot !
