  • 2 medium potatoes - sliced
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3-4 tbsp mayonaisse
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder (For seasoning)


  • Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them
  • Take it in a bowl. Add Pepper powder,chilli powder, salt to taste,Mixed herbs,Corn flour and Rice flour. Sprinkle water and a tsp oil. Mix well until coated.
  • Heat oil and put in the potato slices in. Cook until crispy and brown
  • Strain in paper towel. And place it in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, chilli powder and mix well. Serve hot!
