  • 1/2 cup rava
  • 1/4 cup ghee - +1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 10-12 no raisins


  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the rava for a couple of minutes.
  • Grind together rava and sugar. I have taken 1/2 rava : 3/4 cup sugar.
  • Add cardamom powder to the ground mixture and mix well
  • Heat ghee and take it in a cup, take raisins as well
  • Now pour in ghee to the ground mixture little at a time and make a firm balls and place raisins on top when rolling.
  • Rava ladoo is ready in just few minutes.
