Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

Instructions

  • Take gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, kashmiri powder, garam masala, ajwain and mix well.
  • add water little at a time and mix well to a sticky paste like consistency
  • fill the kitchen presser with the dough and press it over the hot oil in circular motion to a single circle.
  • let it fry until the oil sizzle sound stop. take out and filter to a paper towel.
