Heat oil in a cooker, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds
When it splutters, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, red chilli, curry leaves, fry for a minute till raw smell of ginger and garlic goes off.
Further, add chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes until onions are brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes until tomatoes are mushy
Futhermore, goes in turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and cumin powder. Fry for 1 minute till well blended
Add the finely chopped chicken pieces. season salt as required and mix well
Add 2 cups water and mix well. Close the cooker and cook for 5 whistles
Open and let it boil until the gravy is thickened. Now, add Cooked sevai /ready made sevai and mix well.
Add pepper powder finally and mix again. Sprinkle coriander leaves over and mix again
