Take maida, rice flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and amchur powder in a bowl.
Add water and mix well until it is smooth
add the clean chicken pieces and Mix well
refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight
deep fry them in hot oil in medium flame
fry on all the sides until they turn golden brown. take out and strain in paper towel
