  • 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/8 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/8 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • Put in all the ingredients in a bowl and Mix well until smooth
  • add onions, capsicum and paneer into the batter.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for an hour minimum
  • put all the pieces on dosa tawa
  • turn sides and cook until brown
  • now, hold the pieces one by one and burn it directly on stove to get the flavour and taste. slightly burn
  • Insert into tooth pick or skewer and serve hot with mint chutney
