Rice chammandhi to accompany with tharavatu puli …or any other tangy gravy with rice..
Here is step by step recipe
add small onions,red chilli powder,salt and boiled rice one cup and grind to a fine paste
shallots, chilli powder, salt added to mixer
add boiled rice to it and grind it to a smooth paste
Now in a kadai, add little oil and deep fry this ground paste until it turns brown
Tada!! Rice chammandhi ready! goes well with any spicy, tangy gravy for rice. best suited side dish for mulagu varutha puli kootan aka tharavattu puli. 🙂
