- 1 cup palm fruit crushed
- 2 cups milk - boiled and chilled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 2 tbsp almonds - crushed coarsely
add palm fruit, milk, sugar, condensed milk to a bowl and stir well until sugar dissolves completely.
lastly add cardamom powder, saffron threads and crushed almonds. mix well and serve chilled.
