grind together green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, spring onion and ginger. I have used around 5-6 green chillies. adjust the amount of chillies based on your spice level. d well.
grind all these to a fine paste. keep it aside until use.
take 400 gms chicken in a mixing bowl and add the prepared paste, thick curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. sprinkle little oil and mix well. let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour before you cook so that flavours of green chillies and masalas get in well.
heat oil and pop in cumin seeds. add chopped onions, green chilli and chopped capsicum. fry till brown.
add the marinated chicken and mix well.
close and cook until the chicken is cooked completely. sprinkle little water if required. water coming out from the chicken is good enough to get cooked.
open and let it cooked in medium flame. let it dry in simmer until roaste
