- 1 cup pineapple - chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 no banana nendran ripe - chopped
- 1/8 cup jaggery powder
- 1/8 tsp chilli powder
- 10-15 nos black grapes
tempering
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 no red chilli - broken
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
cook the chopped pineapple pieces with salt, water and turmeric powder until soft.
open and add the chopped bananas, jaggery powder, chilli powder and mix well until jaggery melts.
add grapes , 1/8 cup water, close and cook until grapes are soft.
meanwhile, heat coconut oil and pop in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and add red chilli, curry leaves.
lastly add grated coconut and fry until golden brown or roasted.
add the tempering to the cooked pineapple grapes mix.
mix well and serve.
