heat oil and fry the chicken strips with salt and pepper powder. close and cook until chicken is tender and then open and fry the chicken pieces until roasted.
egg scramble
take the chicken pieces in plate and in same pan, break an egg. add salt, pepper powder and scramble it. take it in the plate and keep aside until use.
for fried rice
heat oil and add green chilli, garlic, spring onions, capsicum, carrots, onion, salt and fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables are half cooked.
add 2 cups cooked basmati rice (rice has to be cooled down completely) , soya sauce, vinegar , pepper powder and mix well gently.
serve hot with tomato sauce.

rice has to be cooked and cooled down completely before adding.
chicken can be pressure cooked and added or roasted in pan. make sure it is tender and roasted ones give extra flavour.
