In a pressure cooker, take chopped bottle gourd along with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and water.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. open and mash it slightly.
Heat oil in another pan, splutter cumin seeds, onion, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and fry well.
further, add peas, tomato, water, salt and close cook for 10 minutes.
open and mix once. add the cooked and mashed bottle gourd
furthermore, add turmeric powder, chilli powder , water and let it come to a boil.
later, add coriander powder, garam masala and cook further for 5 minutes.
Mix once and add coconut milk . just heat it up and put off.
serve hot with chapathi.
