Ridge gourd skin/peel stir fry
Servings: 2 People
- 1 Cup Ridge gourd peel/skin tightly packed
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 Cup Shallots
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
- Salt - To taste
Peel the skin of ridge gourd. Wash them well and chop them finely.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, saute shallots and drop in chopped skin.
Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
Mix well. Sprinkle little water and close for a minute or two and cook in simmer.Open and let it dry in simmer while stirring in between.
