  • 3 baby radish - or 2 medium sized
  • 2-3 long green chillies
  • 1 spring curry leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste


  • Grate/finely chop radish and green chilli
  • Crackle mustard seeds, drop in the grated radish, chopped green chilli, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  • Mix well. Sprinkle very little water, close and cook in simmer until done. open and let it dry.
