Clean the chicken pieces. Take them in a bowl, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, oil, green chillies and mix well. let it sit for 30 min.
Heat oil (preferably sesame oil), put in cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and broken red chilli.
Finely chop onions and add it to the oil when red chilli is turning brown. Fry till it is slightly brown.
Put in the marinated chicken pieces, roughly chopped tomato and salt. Now again add pepper powder and curry leaves.
Mix well and add very little water. Pressure cook for 4 whistles. Open and let it dry. Finally before serving sprinkle pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
