Spicy chicken fry recipe -Pictorial Description

Clean the chicken pieces. Take them in a bowl, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, oil, green chillies and mix well. let it sit for 30 min.

Heat oil (preferably sesame oil), put in cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and broken red chilli.Pls. note we are using green chilli, pepper powder and red chilli powder for marination. So adjust red chillies according to your spice level. We love it very spicy. (So this recipe will turn out spicy that you will end up in running nose which helps cure cold)

Finely chop onions and add it to the oil when red chilli is turning brown.

Put in the marinated chicken pieces, chopped tomato and salt.

Now again add pepper powder and curry leaves. Using freshly ground pepper is must in this recipe. Only then you get the flavor and benefit.

Mix well and add very little water. Pressure cook for 4 whistles. Open and let it dry. Finally before serving sprinkle pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.Spicy chicken fry recipe
