Dry roast vermicelli 1 cup till its slightly brown. May take a couple of minutes.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds (optional step), can directly go on adding chopped onions. Fry until it is pink.
Put in ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Fry for a minute.
Add frozen peas and mix well.
Now its time to add masalas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder & Garam masala. Mix well and saute just for half a minute.
Add water in 1:2 ratio. for 1 cup vermicelli, add 2 cups water and let it boil until peas is cooked. since its frozen peas. it will get cooked easily. Add salt.
once its boiling, put in roasted vermicelli and mix well. Close and cook for 5 minutes in simmer. Open and serve hot!
