- 3 cups drumstick leaves
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 red chilli broken
- 1 spring curry leaves - (optional)
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
Splutter mustard seeds and split urad dal.
Add finely chopped onions and saute until pink
Put in red chilli broken and curry leaves
Put the cleaned and washed drumstick leaves
Goes in turmeric powder and salt
Sprinkle little water, close and cook until leaves are cooked
Break and egg on top and mix well.
Let the moisture in leaves get dried up and Eggs get cooked
