  • 3 cups drumstick leaves
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 red chilli broken
  • 1 spring curry leaves - (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut


  • Splutter mustard seeds and split urad dal.
  • Add finely chopped onions and saute until pink
  • Put in red chilli broken and curry leaves
  • Put the cleaned and washed drumstick leaves
  • Goes in turmeric powder and salt
  • Sprinkle little water, close and cook until leaves are cooked
  • Break and egg on top and mix well.
  • Let the moisture in leaves get dried up and Eggs get cooked
