Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1.5 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp crushed peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup half cooked vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  • Firstly, Pour water to a pan, put in 2 cups pasta, salt, oil to this and Let it boil for 10 min or until the pastas are done;
  • strain the pastas and let it cool
  • For preparing sauce, melt butter in a pan and add the flour(maida) little at a time and keep stirring to make it a lump free dough
  • pour in milk little at a time and give a brisk stir until its creamy
  • Drop in the half boiled vegetables, peppercorns crushed, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, mixed herbs and grated cheese to this
  • further add milk to bring to the consistency you require and mix well
  • add salt to taste, cooked pasta and Mix thoroughly until sauce is well combined with pastas. serve hot
