heat oil in a pan, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and curd. mix well until it is smooth
Further add curry leaves and green chilli slit, garlic cloves, finely chopped onions to the pan and salt to taste and fry well
fry until oil leaves out. now, add the paneer slices.
Turn sides and cook until both the sides are roasted completely.
