Soak the tur dal for minimum of 1 hour
strain the water, Grind it along with turmeric powder, salt and red chillies to a thick coarse paste without adding water.
Now, grease the idli plates or steamer. Flatten the ground paste and keep in in parts in idli plates and steam cook for 10 min.
after 10 min,crumble them and keep it ready
Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds. drop the chopped capsicum into it. fry it with little salt, chilli powder until it shrinks.
Now add the crumbled lentils and mix well. let it get heated for a couple of minutes. switch off and serve hot with rice and curry.
