Clean the jack fruit, chop individual chola(edible part) to small pieces.
Boil them with water in a closed vessel or pressure cook to 4 whistles.
Grind it coarsely. The chunks you get inbetween the drink makes it tasty.
Meanwhile Melt the jaggery with little water. Filter it and keep it ready.
Transfer the ground jackfruit to thick bottom vessel and add the jaggery syrup.
Mix well and let it cook for 15 min in simmer.
While it cooks, fry the coconut pieces in ghee and keep it ready.
Also prepare the fresh coconut milk.
Mix coconut milk to the jaggery jack fruit mixture and mix well. Keep stirring.
When it starts to thicken switch it off. Add the fried coconut pieces and mix well.
Finally add a tsp ghee and serve the delicious pradhaman.
