Marinate the chicken pieces with chilly powder and salt .Keep it aside for an hour
Heat a pan ,add oil and fry the chicken pieces.
Take a pan or kadai and heat it.Add little oil(1 tbsp) and add finely chopped ginger,garlic ,green chilles Saute them till aroma comes.
Add Ginger and Garlic paste and saute it ,Add normal chilly powder and kashmiri chilly powder and mix well.
put in the curry leaves along with the fried chicken pieces.Mix well.
Add little water along with salt,sugar, fenugreek powder,mustard powder and mix well.
Finally add Vinegar and off the gas. Store it in a glass container.
