- 1 banana - sliced and frozen
- 2 fresh figs - or soaked dried figs
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 walnuts
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 inch cinnamon
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1/2 cup roasted makhana
