Grind garlic, ginger, small onions, green chillies, coriander, and mint into a paste
Fry cashews in ghee and keep aside
In same ghee, fry whole spices and onions
Add paste and cook till raw smell leaves
Add curd, cook till fat separates
Add vegetables, spices, salt, mix well
Add water, let it boil
Add rice, mix, add cashews
Pressure cook 2 whistles, rest 20 mins
Serve with chutney or raita
