Green Tea Apple Smoothie
Light, energising smoothie made with green tea and fresh fruits.

- 2 green tea bags
- 100 ml hot water
- 1 chilled apple - chopped
- 1 frozen banana - sliced
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 small cube tofu
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 inch ginger piece
Steep green tea bags in hot water and cool completely.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Pour cooled green tea.
Blend till smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
