Ingredients

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 100 ml hot water
  • 1 chilled apple - chopped
  • 1 frozen banana - sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 small cube tofu
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece

Instructions

  • Steep green tea bags in hot water and cool completely.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Pour cooled green tea.
  • Blend till smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
