Ingredients

  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 5-6 cardamom crushed
  • Pinch salt
  • Almonds - jaggery syrup for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil jaggery with water, melt, strain.
  • Whisk eggs gently, add coconut milk, cardamom, salt.
  • Mix in jaggery syrup, strain into greased cake pan.
  • Steam in cooker without whistle for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cool, slice, garnish with almonds and syrup.
