- 1 cup jaggery
- 1/8 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml thick coconut milk
- 5-6 cardamom crushed
- Pinch salt
- Almonds - jaggery syrup for garnish
Boil jaggery with water, melt, strain.
Whisk eggs gently, add coconut milk, cardamom, salt.
Mix in jaggery syrup, strain into greased cake pan.
Steam in cooker without whistle for 45-50 minutes.
Cool, slice, garnish with almonds and syrup.
