- 1 mango - chilled and chopped
- 2 tbsp oats - soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 200 ml almond milk
Soak oats in warm water for 10 mins and discard the water
Add mango, soaked oats, flaxseeds, vanilla and almond milk to blender
Blend till smooth
Serve immediately
