Ingredients

  • 1 mango - chilled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp oats - soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Soak oats in warm water for 10 mins and discard the water
  • Add mango, soaked oats, flaxseeds, vanilla and almond milk to blender
  • Blend till smooth
  • Serve immediately
