Heat oil and sauté onions, green chili, and ginger garlic paste.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add vegetables and salt, cook for a minute.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, and garam masala.
Mix in Maggi masala and water, bring to a boil.
Add noodles and cook until soft.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
