Ingredients

  • 1 chilled apple
  • 1 frozen banana - sliced,
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 almonds
  • 2 cashews
  • 2 pistachios
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Soak oats and nuts in hot water for 5 mins
  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve immediately
