Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sathumaavu powder
  • 1 tbsp palm candy
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 banana - sliced and frozen
  • 1 cardamom
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Cook sathumaavu, palm candy, and water until thick, cool completely.
  • Blend with apple, frozen banana, cardamom, and almond milk till smooth.
  • Serve fresh.
