Ingredients

  • 10 betel leaves
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • ¼ tsp betel nut pieces
  • 2 tsp gulkand
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml chilled milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Cut betel leaves into strips, remove tips.
  • Blend with fennel, betel nut, gulkand, sugar.
  • Add milk and ice cream, blend smooth.
  • Strain and pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with torn betel leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
