Boil 3 cups water with 1/2 tsp salt
Add soya chunks and cook until soft
Drain, squeeze out excess water, cut into halves and keep aside
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan
Add garlic and green chilli, sauté briefly
Add onion and cook until soft
Add crushed tomatoes and salt, cook till thick and raw smell disappears
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and chicken masala
Fry spices for about 30 seconds
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water and let masala simmer
Add bell peppers, carrot, and soya chunks
Mix well and add 1/2 cup water
Cover and cook till vegetables are tender
Add bread pieces and mix gently
Cover and cook for 1 minute
Switch off heat and garnish with coriander
