Finely chop the ladies finger and keep it ready.
Heat coconut oil and crackle mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions and fry until transparent.
Further, add chopped ladies finger and fry until toasted.
To the toasted ladies finger, grind coconut, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds and add the coarse paste to it.
Mix well and lastly add salt to taste.
Fry for a minute. Serve fresh with rice and curry of your choice.
