Dosa batter – 2 cups
Curry leaves – 4 to 5 springs
Ginger an inch
Onion 1 no
Green chilli 1 no
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Grind all the above ingredients except cumin seeds with little salt.
Add cumin seeds and mix well.
Spread the uthappam with little oil in nonstick uthappam pan
Cook on both sides.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or onion tomato chutney
You can use normal dosa pan istead of uthappam pan.
